Free Webinar Series Presented by ACH Direct, Inc. Continues with "Unauthorized Entries and Stop Payments"

(ALLEN, TX – June 8, 2011) It happens. From time to time organizations receive a returned transaction that is marked as unauthorized or their customer simply stops the payment. They need to know the details on why and when an entry is returned as unauthorized and what their roles and obligations are as a Company. In addition they should know the difference between a Stop Payment and an unauthorized transaction, as well as what they should do when an item is returned as Stop Payment.

The fourth in a series of eight free webinars, presented by ACH Direct in conjunction with UMACHA about all things ACH, continues with "Unauthorized Entries and Stop Payments" on Tuesday, June 21, 2011 at 1pm CST.

August 16, 2011 – WEB and TEL Entries
A paper check converted to an ACH transaction, specifically ARC, POP and BOC will be examined in this session.

September 13, 2011 - Check Basics / Check 21
This session will cover basic information on how a check travels; the participants in the check process; the regulations and an overview of Check 21.

October 18, 2011 – Remote Deposit Capture (RDC) Basics / Corporate Capture
Join us to hear the corporate benefits of using RDC; company warranties; how to avoid duplicate processing; secure storage and destruction of the paper check will be discussed.
